About this site and acknowledgements
This site is designed and validated entirely in strict HTML 4.01 and CSS level 1 and 2, hopefully according to the spirit of the specs, no HTML tables are used for layout. There is no Java, Javascript, ECMAScript or any other client-side scripting used, any active or dynamic features are accomplished using plain HTML and CSS. All graphics used on this site are in the PNG format, and none are GIFs. All style is separated from the content.
Due to this policy of strict adherence to web standards this site should be fully usable in any web browser (including non-graphical) ones, except for browsers with an incomplete or fatally flawed CSS implementation (currently only version 4.x of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.x and 4.x of Microsoft's Internet Explorer) all older or newer web browsers should be able to access all content.
A consequence of this is that there are a number of alternate stylesheets that you can use on these pages, if your browser actually allows you to select alternate stylesheets. Currently the only browsers that allow you to use an alternate style sheet are Mozilla & Netscape 6+ (click on the "View" menu and select "Use Stylesheet") and Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5 for the Mac (using the "Choose stylesheet" favelet made available at favelets.com). Currently no version of Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows (including version 6) supports this or many other features of the CSS standards, live with it or get a decent modern, standards compliant web browser.

This site is designed for and will work and look better in a browser that supports web standards (including CSS-2), but it is accessible to any browser or Internet device.
