- ASPN's ActivePerl docs. Full web based and fully searchable Perl reference guide and language documentation. Based on the Windows ActivePerl version but contains the full PerlDocs including the CGI modules so is just as relevant for other platforms. Invaluable for anyone trying to program in Perl.
- perl.com is the main Perl homepage, and while it's a bit daunting for the beginner there is an awful lot of quality information hidden away there.
- The CGI Programming MetaFAQ, a large collection of links to various CGI and Perl FAQs.
- The Idiot's Guide to Solving Perl CGI Problems
